MFA, Boston Tours More than 200 of Its Ancient Egyptian Artworks
More than 200 ancient Egyptian objects are touring the United States in "World of the Pharaohs: Egyptian Masterpieces from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston" in 2008-2010.
World of the Pharaohs: Egyptian Masterpieces from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston is a touring special exhibition of more than 200 works of art and artifacts that describes the daily life and funerary customs of the ancient Egyptians over the course of 3000 years. The show will be appearing at the Museum of Idaho, Idaho Falls, Idaho (February 22-November 29, 2008) and the Arkansas Arts Center, Little Rock, Arkansas (September 10, 2009-June 27, 2010).
