New Tutankhamun Exhibition to Tour

"Tutankhamun and the World of the Pharaohs" will travel to seven more European and American cities after Vienna, Austria.

Farouq Hosni, Egypt's Minister of Culture, announced on February 14, 2008 that after its appearance at Vienna, Austria's Ethnological Museum (March 9-September 28, 2008), Tutankhamun and the World of the Pharaohs will tour seven other European and American cities for four years. Additional venues have not yet been named. The exhibition's cost is $34 million (US).
